Site layouts for the financier's private tropical island featured within the photographs.
Additionally contained in this new document release appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the sprawling island by building living quarters, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and contains a key identifying distinct areas of the estate.
In addition to this are what seem to be several other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, featuring layouts for dock shelters.
Further documentation made public as part of the continuing investigative process.
